About the Role
As our Periodontal Dentist, you'll provide comprehensive periodontal care while collaborating closely with our general dentists to deliver outstanding patient outcomes.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Comprehensive periodontal assessments and treatment planning
- Non-surgical periodontal therapy, including deep scaling and root planing
- Periodontal maintenance programs
- Soft tissue grafting, crown lengthening, gingivectomy and gingivoplasty
- Management of gingival recession and frenectomies
- Peri-implant disease management, implant maintenance and peri-implantitis treatment
- Collaborative treatment planning for multidisciplinary cases
- Periodontal regenerative procedures (desirable)
About You
We're looking for a clinician who is passionate about periodontology and committed to delivering exceptional patient outcomes.
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Be a registered Specialist Periodontist or a General Dentist with advanced training and a strong clinical interest in periodontics
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Enjoy educating patients and building long-term relationships
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Be committed to evidence-based dentistry and ongoing professional development
- Provide compassionate, patient-centred care
