Trigger Dental is a well-regarded, long-established practice located in Lismore in the Northern Rivers region of NSW—offering an excellent lifestyle just 30 minutes from the coast and Ballina Airport.
Our well-established practice has been serving the community for more than 25 years and offers high-quality family dentistry in a welcoming, modern environment with the latest technology including CBCT, intra oral scanner and rotary endo. We provide a comprehensive range of dental treatments and offer flexible appointment times to meet the needs of our growing patient base.
Our clinic operates Monday-Tuesday (8:30 AM - 6 PM) and Wednesday-Friday (8:30 AM - 5 PM). You will be working alongside a team of an experienced Principal Dentist, Associate Dentist & Oral Health Therapist and a very supportive long-term staff.
We are seeking a passionate and caring Dentist to join our team for 1-2 days per week. We offer flexible and negotiable remuneration, with excellent earning potential based on commission and a strong, loyal patient base. The ideal candidate will be confident in all aspects of general dentistry, possess outstanding communication skills, and be committed to delivering exceptional patient care.

- Current AHPRA registration and necessary licenses
- 2+ years of experience in Australia preferred
- Confidence across all aspects of general dentistry
- Experience with modern technologies (CBCT, intraoral scanning, rotary endo) highly regarded
- Excellent communication and patient management skills
- A team player with a patient-focused approach
