Trade the commute for Cradle Mountain — a short flight lands you a career that matters, in a place you'll never want to leave. Work with St Lukes Dental to make Tasmania the healthiest island on the planet!
The Role
Join our new multi-chair clinic in Devonport's historical CBD. Melbourne to Devonport? Just a short direct flight. The secret beaches, the back-road food trails, the wilderness spots that never make the guidebooks? Those come free — straight from the locals.
Cities have patients. Northwest Tasmania has a community — one that genuinely needs you, and one that will make you its own. As a St Lukes Oral Health Therapist your patients, across all ages, will benefit from your full scope of practice. Our focus on value and prevention will ensure strong appointment books.
St Lukes has taken a thoughtful and technology forward approach in building our Devonport clinic. We believe in being agile and investing in innovative but trusted technology to support the growth of our clinics. You will also be joining a broader St Lukes dental community — dentists, dental assistants and support staff across three other sites who know the region, share the values, and are there when you need them.
Delivering high value care requires lifelong learning. This can be a challenge working in a regional community. In response we have put in place generous professional development entitlements. We understand becoming a good clinician takes time and support. We want to partner with you in building the skills you need to thrive through each phase of your dental career.
Devonport offers more than just a great place to work; it's a place to belong. Dentists who join us become part of a close‑knit coastal town where your skills genuinely make a difference and your presence is valued. What truly sets Devonport apart is the sense of connection, collaboration, and community spirit you'll feel from day one.
