Wise Dental is a modern, well-established dental practice located in Macquarie Park, NSW. With four chairs and state-of-the-art technology, we provide a wide range of dental services in a professional, safe, and welcoming environment. Open daily from 10:00am to 10:00pm, the practice is easily accessible by public transport and offers onsite parking for added convenience.
We are seeking a professional and experienced Practice Manager to join our friendly and committed team on a full-time basis. This role plays a key part in the ongoing success of the practice and involves overseeing daily operations, supporting team performance, and ensuring an outstanding experience for every patient.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee day-to-day practice operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow
• Lead, support and develop the clinical and administrative team
• Manage patient experience, customer service and appointment flow
• Oversee financial processes, reporting and practice administration
• Maintain compliance, policies and quality standards
• Support business growth and continuous improvement initiatives
