Our Lismore-based dental practice is seeking a Dental Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a modern, well-run practice focused on delivering high-quality, affordable dental care.
 
We specialise in advanced procedures including crowns, implants and wisdom teeth removal, and pride ourselves on providing outstanding patient care in a supportive and professional environment.
 
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working closely with clinicians and being actively involved in patient care. You will play an important role in supporting a wide range of treatments while helping patients feel comfortable and well cared for throughout their experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Chairside assisting across surgical and restorative procedures, including implants, crowns and extractions
• Preparing and maintaining treatment rooms and adhering to sterilisation protocols
• Assisting with digital workflows including scanning, lab coordination and clinical software
• Supporting patient comfort and post-operative care
• Managing stock and maintaining a clean, safe clinical environment

About You:
• Previous experience as a Dental Assistant preferred but not essential
• Positive, professional and reliable
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
• Clear and respectful communication skills
• Patient-focused with a strong commitment to quality care
