About the Practice
Hampton Dental Centre is a well-established, modern dental practice located in Bayside Melbourne. We have a loyal patient base, strong local reputation, and consistently busy appointment books.
With ongoing growth and demand, we are looking to add a dentist to support our expanding patient base. Our focus is on delivering high-quality, patient-centred care in a friendly and professional environment.
About the Team
You’ll be joining a supportive and down-to-earth team that works well together and values open communication.
We have a strong flow of patients and internal referrals, making it easy to build your books quickly. The team is collaborative, with dentists and Oral Health Therapists working closely to provide great patient outcomes.
About the Role
This role is ideal for dentists who are passionate about growing beyond general dentistry and developing advanced skills in orthodontics, periodontics, endodontics, implant dentistry, paediatric dentistry and cosmetic and restorative dentistry, supported by strong internal referrals and a collaborative clinical team. There is also potential to increase days over time as demand continues to grow.
Applicant Requirements
· Bachelor of Dental Surgery (or equivalent)
· Current AHPRA registration
· Strong general dentistry skills
· Good communication and patient care approach
· Friendly, reliable, and team-oriented
· Ability to work independently and manage patients
· Experience in private practice (preferred but not essential)
