The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Dental Practice Manager to lead the daily operations of our thriving practice.

This is a key leadership position responsible for ensuring smooth practice operations, supporting the clinical and administrative teams, and delivering an outstanding patient experience.

Working closely with the Practice Owner, you will oversee workflow, team performance, patient coordination, and business operations while contributing to the ongoing growth and success of the practice.

This role is suited to someone who is organised, proactive, and confident leading a dental team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily practice operations and patient flow
• Lead and support the clinical and reception teams
• Manage staff rostering and workflow coordination
• Monitor KPIs, reporting, and practice performance
• Oversee stock management and supplier coordination
• Maintain compliance with practice policies and standards
• Support business growth and continuous improvement initiatives
