Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Production Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will support the Production Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficient workflow, and maintaining the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing the production team and workflow to meet deadlines.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure teams meet deadlines.
- Ensure employee adherence to company policies, quality standards and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with various departments to optimize production processes.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement solutions promptly to ensure teams meet deadlines.
- Document Issues for escalation.
Requirements:
- Previous experience managing a team in a production or manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Detail orientated with strong skills in self-managing tasks and providing follow up.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and systems that track orders.
