About the Role

We're looking for a talented and ambitious administration specialist to support a team of dental technicians and engineers in a varied role. 

The role is perfect for a dental assistant or dental nurse looking to move into an administrative role in a corporate environment.

You will be responsible for collaborating closely with our team of design engineers, programmers and machinists to ensure that prosthetics and implants are designed and manufactured within specific timeframes. You will be working across multiple computer programs so you're very comfortable with technology and you consider yourself tech savvy. 

You will be integral to our customer experience speaking with them to let them know where their order is and resolving any issues they may have. 

Your Responsibilities:

• Customer care - answering customer inquiries and escalating to the relevant team if necessary. We definitely do not expect you to resolve all issues but what's important to us is how you treat the customer. 
• Preparing product information for manufacture - making sure all the details are ready to go.
• Rostering the manufacture of patient cases so we deliver according to priority and urgency 
• Providing excellent customer experience and promoting our company brand when you engage with ours customers 
• Manage daily problem resolution in regards to customer orders and using your own initiative, escalating if necessary 
• Building knowledge of our range of products

About You

The successful applicant will bring the following attributes:

• Proven experience in customer service, administration  and/or receptionist roles
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and navigate multiple order tracking/ computer systems
• Excellent attention to detail and aptitude for problem solving
• Passion for learning and personal development - you're just curious in nature and want to learn 
• Experience in the dental industry is an advantage
