We are a family owned, fast growing dental surgery located in Thomastown, Victoria.

We are currently looking for a dental receptionist and a dental assistant.

Previous experience with dental assistant and D4W software would be great but not essential.

Mature age applicants are welcome.

We provide continuous support and training to help the staffs whom keen to learn and has the right attitude.

Dental Receptionist's Job description:

• Maintaining reception
• Managing the appointment books to suit the providers, patients and the practice
• Communicating with patients, providers and staff effectively
• Processing and recording accounts
• Maintaining patient records and recall systems
• Maintaining practice presentation, patient care and relationships

Dental Assistant's Job description:

• Chairside assistant
• Processing instruments
• Be confident to carry out the duty with latest standard of infection control
• Stock taking
