This Inside Sales role would be an ideal first step into sales for a high achieving and experienced Customer Service representative preferably with dental knowledge.
Understanding our clients' needs, you will be sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails as well as supporting our Territory Managers.
What we are looking for:
- Outgoing and sociable. A love of conversation as you make contact with our customers and build relationships.
- Self-motivated, goal oriented and drive to close sales and meet set targets.
- Knowledge and understanding of CRM preferably Salesforce.
- Competent, efficient computer skills.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service would be an advantage.
