Melbourne Oral Medicine Clinic is an exciting multi-disciplinary centre, incorporating BEYONDCPAP, and Specialists in Oral Medicine, Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, Respiratory and Sleep disorders and Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy.
ABOUT THE ROLE
• Working as part of a motivated team, you will assist the Dentist with minor surgery and general duties. We are seeking a full time Dental Nurse to work at our Southbank clinic. Liaising directly with Doctors and our patients, you will arrange the clinic for surgery, ensure high standards in sterilisation and understanding of high standards of infection control are maintained.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE
• Previous dental nurse experience
• Experience in sterilisation duties and understanding of high standards of infection control
• Excellent interpersonal skills in order to show our patients understanding, care and compassion
• Self motivated, well presented and great worth ethic
• Excellent time management skills in order to prioritise tasks
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
• Excellent keyboard skills for data entry into the Ultimo system
• knowledge of the dental and Oral medicine industry
• Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development
• Detailed understanding of medical imaging terminology
