Technical Product Specialist (m/f/d) Australia and New Zealand

Your tasks:

·         provide technical after sales service support

·         installation, maintenance, and repair of our Dürr Dental portfolio

·         organize and conduct product trainings for our distributors

·         presale activities and customer visits

·         demonstrate and train our products and software to distributors and customers

·         customer service and technical support via hotline incl. communication with German customer service team

·         spare part management incl. warehouse activities

·         report to the technical service manager/director

Your qualifications:

·         experience in technical support in the area of dental or medical technology

·         ideally a degree in a technical discipline (laboratory techniques, electronics, mechanics)

·         strong ability to handle and to demonstrate dental hardware

·         customer and service-oriented team player with ability to work independently

·         intermediate IT knowledge

·         willingness to travel, including international travels and valid driver’s license

·         networking skills

·         residence in Melbourne
