About our practice..

We’ve been providing family orientated general dental care for our tight-knit community for more than 30 years. We operate in a relaxed, yet busy environment and appreciate no late nights or weekend work - but it could be considered in future. We rank patient clinical outcomes above bean counting (we choose not to be a preferred provider) so you won't be pressured to overservice.

Everything is here for you to hit the ground running immediately – a trusting and loyal patient base who appreciate long term preventative care, supportive and talented support staff who are well known in the community and a dental therapist who also moonlights teaching our next generation of dental assistants at TAFE. Our long-standing specialists and labs are only a phone call away to bounce ideas off and to take charge if necessary. Practice ownership is hands on and responsive.

The position..

We’re searching for someone who shares our values to join us on a permanent full time or permanent part time basis to help forge our next chapter. A potential for longer term buy-in exists, making this an opportunity worth considering.

Working along with our existing associate, you’ll be trusted to operate autonomously and to leverage established patient confidence to deliver all facets of general dentistry. With plenty of ongoing treatment plans and lots of new patients joining us, the opportunity to earn immediately is there.

Our facility..

Our standalone two-chair practice is situated in Vincentia, alongside other professional businesses, opposite the local shopping centre and close enough to stroll to the beach during the lunch break.

We’ve got what you’d expect to operate smoothly – including KaVo and A-Dec treatment units, quality instrumentation and handpieces, intraoral sensor & PSP digital x-ray imaging, Dental4Windows practice management, rotary endo and surgical motors, intraoral and D-SLR cameras, iPads and a surgical microscope. Plenty of other toys, including air abrasion, Cavitron scalers and dental lasers allow for a bit more fun. Our use of world class materials and systems save a lot of headaches and keeps patients satisfied.
